This policy covers lucyclagueconsulting.co.uk. I'm Lucy Clague, and I'm the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. You can contact me at hello@lucyclagueconsulting.co.uk.
If you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and whatever you write in your message. I only collect this when you choose to submit the form, there's no tracking of who visits the site beyond anonymous, cookie-free analytics (see below).
Solely to respond to your enquiry about evaluation, research or consultancy work. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't sell or share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the site (see below). This is separate from any personal or special category data I might process while delivering a commissioned project for a client, which is governed by that project's own data sharing agreement, not this website.
Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree, a form-processing service based in the United States, which emails me your submission. This means your data is transferred outside the UK/EU. Formspree's own privacy policy explains how they handle this at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
This site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect any personal data or track individual visitors.
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, take forward a piece of work. I delete older enquiries periodically.
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@lucyclagueconsulting.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you think your data has been mishandled.
This site doesn't use cookies. The contact form is a plain HTML form, and the analytics tool used is cookie-free by design.
